Between the two buildings there is an open gran patio with split level terraces tastfully decorated with flowers and tropical plants. The cortijo has it´s own front terrace with pergola overlooking the mountains and access to the garden. The private entrance gate with parking area for several cars is on the rear side.

The outdoor space of this rural complex is special! There is extensive terracing around the pool with outside shower, sunbeds and parasols to enjoy the sun the whole day and feel the Andalusian atmosphere hearing the birds singing in the garden and olive grove. You will find as well an outside kitchen with poolside bar, ideal to prepare al fresco paella or treat yourself and your guests with a glass of local wine or a coctail.
There are many places in the garden where sitting areas have been created with shade. There is a lovely covered terras or Arab style Tea Room on the other side of the swimming pool and there are a few roof terraces to enjoy the winter sun. And most important -there is a lot of privacy!

Solar panels have been installed on the roof of the house and there is a solar boiler system for hot water.The property enjoyes mains water and electricity connetion, Sat TV and Internet, irrigation system for the gardens and In addition there is a 5 000 liter water tank underground.
